Description:
The grapes were hand picked from a single vineyard just outside the small township of Marananga.
Carefully open fermented and then matured for 30 months in oak barrels. The wine shows intense fruit and rich oak characters.
It can be cellared for 20+ years.

Has a savoury edge from the fruit and possibly oak. That does serve to slightly diminish the impact of the double barrel shotgun.
